How's The Magic Done?
Planning and design
The most important step in the project and in fact, it starts already at our first meeting. The planning phase lasts several meetings as needed, in which we will dive deep in the processes that we would like to streamline and automate, and determine exactly how the solution is going to look visually, how the data flows, what is the "trigger" for each action, which tools are best to use in your specific case and more. For us, another important goal of the planning phase is setting expectations between us and the client, and to clearly define the project scope and goals.
Implementation
Let's go to work! We are working on developing the project according to the planning and design we created.
Depending on the project, this phase can include application development, WEB interfaces for PC or mobile, WEB forms and lots of business automation processes and systems integration - this is where most of the magic happens.
Last issues resolvement
After everything is ready, we will launch and you will start using the system while we will track issues and bugs that need to be fixed before announcing the end of the project. Past that - the project is in on air!
Maintenance and support
The project did end, but we are not leaving. Feel free to reach us for any issue, malfunction or other need. From our experience - there's a pretty good chance you'll want to proceed with the next project :)
